What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline, 10+ years of experience developing and deploying manufacturing test software in a high-volume hardware manufacturing environment, Direct experience with PCIe card, NIC, GPU, or server/storage hardware manufacturing test at the board level, Knowledge of PCIe protocol fundamentals, board-level power sequencing, and functional test methodologies, Proficiency in Python for test automation and data analysis, Experience with Linux/Unix environments, shell scripting, and command-line debug tools, Familiarity with manufacturing test infrastructure including test fixtures, JTAG/boundary scan, and in-system test methodologies, Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, make architectural decisions, and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Nice to Have
Experience with high-volume manufacturing floor operations at scale (100K+ units/year), Familiarity with OCP hardware specifications or hyperscaler hardware design standards, Experience with BMC/IPMC firmware validation, Redfish management interfaces, or server tray-level integration test, Proficiency with test data infrastructure, statistical analysis tools, and SPC/SQC methodologies, Demonstrated use of quality tools and methodologies in a manufacturing or engineering environment, Track record of scaling test strategies from card-level to system-level products

Role Overview We are seeking a Staff Manufacturing Test Engineer to own the development, implementation, and deployment of manufacturing functional test modules for d-Matrix PCIe accelerator cards and next-generation server tray products. This is a technical leadership role within the Operations Test Engineering team, working closely with Test Automation Engineers, Manufacturing Quality Engineers (MQE), and our JDM manufacturing partners. As a Staff-level engineer, you will set the technical direction for manufacturing test strategy, mentor engineers on the team, and drive architectural decisions that scale across product generations. Responsibilities Test Development & Execution - Develop and implement board-level functional test modules for Corsair PCIe accelerator cards, covering power-on sequencing, firmware load, PCIe link training and enumeration, functional validation, and stress/burn-in. - Architect the manufacturing test strategy for the upcoming server platforms, including system-level integration test, BMC/IPMC firmware validation, and multi-card test orchestration. - Develop test plans, regression requirements, and test coverage assessments aligned with the Manufacturing Test Requirements plan across the full product lifecycle.
