Must Have
At least 2 years of experience working in a Test environment in Manufacturing, Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or similar engineering discipline OR equivalent education and experience
Nice to Have
Lean Experience, Experience with C, Visual Basic, and LabVIEW, Data collection systems and reporting (SQL)

Develop and maintain production test processes
Determine test platforms
Review capacity constraints
Carry out corrective actions
Resolve quality issues
Perform root cause analysis
Verify effectiveness of changes
Identify quality problem prevention opportunities
Continuously improve quality
Implement changes using Lean/Six Sigma
Create and maintain documentation
Generate test specifications
Generate electrical/mechanical drawings
Generate qualifications
Interface with customer
Confer on test equipment design
Confer on product testability
Confer on open issues
Perform system level testing
Comply with EHS standards
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and engineering staff; Work with customers, both internal and external; Interface with customer as a technical liaison
Communication Scope
Communication Skills both verbal and written; Preparing and giving presentations
