What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years production leader experiences in plants, Experiences on equipment setup, daily management and troubleshooting, Experiences on 5S implementation on field, Operational knowledge of 5S, EHS, Lean mfg, quality etc, Basic in English for reading, and writing, Proper capability on MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. )
What You'll Do.
Support daily production plan during shift
Support equipment changeover
CI and safety improvement initiatives
Support production on equipment changeover & material preparation
Report EHS concern & incident to supervisor
Support Process Engineer to address critical quality & production equipment issues
Support Equipment Engineer for troubleshooting and maintenance
Perform daily check on EHS of equipment
Work with shift leaders on operator training
Support shift leaders on team morale and safety
Optimize production flow (5S
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with shift leaders to ensure operators receive training; Support shift leaders on team morale; Encourage team to communicate ideas and thoughts
