Must Have
Minimum 3 years of experience, Ability to read blueprints, Ability to use power tools, Ability to measure and mark surface, Bolt, screw, clip, or otherwise fasten parts, Clean and perform preparation of assembly line, Effective verbal and listening communications skills, Time management skills, Ability to read schematics, blueprints and other technical diagrams, Critical eye for identifying defects, Commitment to quality and safety, Ability to readily determine the correct tools and equipment, Ability to complete daily activities according to work schedule, Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods, Perform other duties as assigned, Safety policies must be always adhered to, Work and communicate with prudence, Effectively managing time, Completing tasks, Working safely, Use of Personal Protection Equipment, Regularly works near moving parts, Requires good manual dexterity, Requires multi-limb coordination, Noise levels can fluctuate, May work in tight spaces, Hazards associated with the industry
Nice to Have
2+ years previous experience as an assembler, 2+ years previous experience carpentry work, 2+ years previous experience construction, 2+ years previous experience home building, Manufacturing experience, Sheet metal experience is a plus, Power tool experience in construction is preferred
