3-5 years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Nice to Have
Experience in label manufacturing is a plus, Knowledge and understanding of cGMPs and ISO is desired, Experience as a Machine Operator and looking to work simultaneously as both an operator and lead

Developing a timeline
Assigning deliverables within a specific area to members of team
Reporting on team’s progress
Implementing and executing daily tasks within given department
Assist with the execution of daily tasks
Schedule daily activities to meet production planning requirements
Assemble product components to meet production schedules
Monitor production performance
Discover training needs
Train individuals to perform tasks within department
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Cross-functional coordination; Liaison between Manufacturing Manager and Machine operators; Assist in general supervision of team members; Acts as a backup to team due to absenteeism when required; Leading by example and creates culture of trust through teamwork
