Eligibility Requirements

U. S. EXPORT CONTROL COMPLIANCE STATUS, must either be a “U. S. person” as defined by 22 C. F. R. § 120. 62 or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, 3+ years of MES or Manufacturing Systems experience, communication skills with people from different areas of the business, Excellent at observing processes, asking questions, discovering root causes, Comfortable with fast-changing manufacturing environments, Understanding of SQL Databases and Querying, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies

Nice to Have

Experience with Manufacturo or similar MES (Tulip, Solumina, FactoryTalk, Plex etc), Aerospace or complex hardware experience, Exposure with ERP (NetSuite, Odoo, Oracle, SAP etc)

What You'll Do.

Take ownership of MRO lifecycle of F100 engines

Perform daily MNFRO support across all teams

Translate user intent into clear MES workflow

Identify and resolve system misconfigurations

Review new features for operational impact

Create visual guides and build SOPs

Conduct training sessions for user groups

Build and maintain internal knowledge base

Walk the floor and observe user behavior

Identify repetitive pain points

Assess issues as process/training/configuration related

Redesign workflows to reduce friction

Validate improvements with users

Identify capabilities users do not know exist

Maintain structured enhancement backlog

Ensure high-quality requests reach produc team

Grow understanding of MES data flow

Identify data mismatches and escalate

Participate in testing new integrations

Team & Collaboration

Work side-by-side with passionate engineers and technicians; Actively support and partner with Engineering, Technicians, Inventory/Supply Chain, and Quality teams; Work with cross-functional partners to redesign workflows; Help Digital Transformation ensure end-to-end consistency
