Must Have

High School Diploma or equivalent required, 0-5 years of relevant experience, Some electrical and mechanical skills, computer skills (Email, Word, Excel, etc)

Nice to Have

additional education or relevant experience preferred, Cable assembly experience (crimping, soldering, etc) is a plus, Ability to read mechanical part/assembly drawings as well as pneumatic schematics is a plus, Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams is a plus, Machine shop experience is a plus, Experience with industrial robots is a plus

What You'll Do.

Perform manufacturing operations related to the production of parts

and final system assemblies

Work with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks

Perform testing and troubleshooting related to the manufacturing process

Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products

Determine or assist in developing methods and procedures from blueprints

and/or diagrams to control or modify the manufacturing process

Assist engineers in conducting experiments

Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems

Provide guidance to other non-exempt personnel and may lead or supervise activities within a team lead function

Follow established procedures

Resolve problems with assistance from peers or supervisor depending on the level and complexity
