What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, 0–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or support operations
Nice to Have
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
What You'll Do.
Perform routine media and buffer preparation in support of manufacturing operations.
Follow and document processing steps in batch records and associated documentation.
Provide on-floor manufacturing support
including logbook review and coordination.
Order and manage logbooks
Plan and track supply needs and gowning inventory.
Ensure BMRAM systems are current and accurate.
Confirm equipment readiness for production
including labeling and calibration status.
Coordinate with Engineering on equipment maintenance and calibration activities.
Procure and manage non-GMP support equipment.
Maintain and organize work perform cleaning
and disassembly of equipment.
Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate transaction tracking.
Identify and report deviations from established procedures.
Create and maintain routine reports.
Support assigned business areas with a wide range of operational tasks.
Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply teams; works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain; Coordinate with Engineering on equipment maintenance and calibration activities; Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members
Communication Scope
written and verbal communication skills; Ability to clearly explain technical information within the team
