Must Have

What You'll Do.
Leading and overall responsibility for approx.
40 employees (incl.
contractors), Coaching and development of employees, Responsibility for the Facility Excellence Team, Ensuring forward-looking resource planning and control according to SQDEC, Application of LEAN methods for continuous improvement, Use of Visual Management for process control, Responsibility for the logistics investment planning for CLS, Coordination of the logistics roadmap, Logistics configuration for new pharma products at the Kaiseraugst site, Ensuring and prioritizing system adjustments in coordination with local and global goals, Ensuring all GMP, operational safety, environmental and process requirements, SME for site and network logistics projects, Main responsibility for the execution of CAPEX projects and other investments for the further development of the logistics infrastructure, Automation Business Owner of the logistics facilities, Responsibility for the implementation of infrastructure and improvement projects.
