Achieve greater than 90% on-time shipment to customer requested dates; Support initiatives that reduce manufacturing cost and cycle time by up to 50%; Assist the team in implementing process improvements that result in zero customer returns attributable to manufacturing quality; Identify and close safety risks in a timely and effective manner
