At Samsung Austin Semiconductor, we are Innovating Today to Power the Devices of Tomorrow. **Come innovate with us!** **Position Summary** As a member of the Manufacturing Operations shift team, the employee is directly responsible for managing a team of 4 to 15 manufacturing specialists that maintain the flow of production through sections of the line, during their shift, while achieving world class speed and quality. **Role and Responsibilities** **Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:** * Position is B shift (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and alternating Saturdays, 7pm-7am). * Managing peoples and all related tasks. * Troubleshooting complex production issues utilizing computer systems. * Making decisions based on best known methods or operating procedures. Tracking and documenting production obstacles and communicating these issues effectively. * Collaborating with external departments to enhance manufacturing performance. **Skills and Qualifications** **Here 's what you'll need: ** * Engineering or Business management degree. * A minimum of one year of experience with demonstrated success in inventory analysis, production control, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, six sigma, or project management. The current base salary range for this role is between $96,000 - $124,500. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
