Must Have
Three years of experience in a regulated industry, GMP environment experience, HS diploma/GED required

What You'll Do.
Provide leadership and direct supervision
Lead Operators and carry out tasks
Bring the new facility on-line
Direct activities on their shift
Align with production targets
Assign tasks and completion criteria
Assure adequate operator coverage
Ensure production targets are met
Follow vacation/absence/overtime policies
Ensure adherence with policies
Conduct information pass downs
Lead teams to accomplish goals
Participate in start-up activities
Participate in IQ/OQ/PQ/PV/CV
Participate in procedure reviews
Participate in training reviews
Participate in Operator interviewing
Participate in on-boarding
Promote a culture of quality
Promote a culture of safety compliance
Ensure operations personnel adhere to compliance procedures
Organize routine Quality audits
Participate in routine Quality audits
Lead routine Quality audits
Organize routine EH&S audits
Participate in routine EH&S audits
Lead routine EH&S audits
Ensure required documentation is complete
Ensure required documentation is accurate
Maintain housekeeping standards

It will include next-generation manufacturing technologies and advanced data collection and analysis platforms that will deliver improvements in safety, quality, and process performance. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the team for the startup of a greenfield manufacturing site, and the successful candidate will help to start up the facility for both clinical and commercial supply.
