Ensure adherence with policies

Conduct information pass downs

Lead teams to accomplish goals

Participate in start-up activities

Participate in IQ/OQ/PQ/PV/CV

Participate in procedure reviews

Participate in training reviews

Participate in Operator interviewing

Participate in on-boarding

Promote a culture of quality

Promote a culture of safety compliance

Ensure operations personnel adhere to compliance procedures

Organize routine Quality audits

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the team for the startup of a greenfield manufacturing site, and the successful candidate will help to start up the facility for both clinical and commercial supply.
