This Engineer will act as a bridge between demand‑driving product owners, the Capacity Planning team, and shift‑level execution. They will translate complex demand signals into dynamic run plans, uncover and resolve tool‑capacity and cycle‑time bottlenecks, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives that increase equipment utilization and reduce throughput variance. The engineer will schedule tool work, coordinate maintenance‑day activities, manage spec activations, act as the shift’s voice, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on automation, cost saving, and improvement initiatives.
