Must Have
Bachelor's degree in general management, Experience working at multiple work sites, Experience working in/leading a technical production team
Nice to Have
Master's degree in business or finance, Experience working in a rapidly changing manufacturing environment, Demonstrated leadership capabilities, Broad business understanding and experience, Excellent communication skills, Ability to solve problems effectively, Knowledge of FDA regulations
What You'll Do.
Set the vision and strategy for the site
Coordinate and direct production and technical activities
Manage risk in production and site operations
Ensure all trading service agreements are properly managed
Implement a quality management system (QMS)
Identify and implement quality audits
Ensure all staff on site are trained
Drive the adoption of a right first time (RFT) quality culture
Ensure Site compliance with all requirements
Implement programs to ensure safe working practices
and motivate Site Leadership
Manage employee relations
Develop and deliver the financial budgets
Manage site business performance
Manage and deliver change initiatives
Represent the face of Haleon to external bodies
Network across Consumer Health and Global Supply Chain
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate and direct the production and technical/support functional activities on Site toward achievement of goals; Ensure alignment of the Site with the Supply Chain, Category, and Haleon through timely and interactive communication; Network across Consumer Health and Global Supply Chain with a focus on customers, supply chain functions, and category
