ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and service systems; ensure high equipment availability, reliability and process stability; improve cell and machine performance; guarantee that manufacturing services practices adhere to both internal benchmarks and external regulations or certifications; ensuring that the Fixture Care service providers are monitored against agreed performance levels; measuring and monitoring performance against implemented Service Level Agreements; ensuring that the required service levels are achieved; deliver objectives and goals across the whole of Manufacturing Services; proactively identify and isolate inherent reliability problems to prevent unplanned equipment breakdowns

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Aerospace Engineering, Working experience with proven track records in asset management and reliability maintenance, Personnel handling and management skills with experiences in managing continuous improvement projects, Systematic problem-solving skills relating to handling of equipment troubleshooting and operational support issues and customer/ vendor relationships, Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills, Must be conversant with industry regulations, best practices and maintenance management fundamentals such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Knowledge of Maximo system, troubleshooting and technical knowledge of CNC machines, robotic systems, manufacturing fixtures and automated equipment
Nice to Have
Qualifications in project management lean six sigma or any other relevant certifications will be advantageous
What You'll Do.

Coordinate designated aspects of external Service Provider partnerships
Provide data analysis and identifying opportunities to improve cell and machine performance
Support implementation of the company Health & Safety Standards
Coach and support technicians in CNC maintenance

Engaging in quality control activities
Take the lead for Fixture Care
Direct all aspects of the partnership with the Material Revert Service Provider
Develop and implement Energy Management plans
strategies and initiatives
Manage the Calibration requirements of the business
Administer the business requirements for Engineering Inspections
Interface with the Fluid Management Service Provider
manage the Risk improvement plans
Liaise with other MSEs within the company
Effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies
Effective application of data analysis techniques

## **Job Description** As a Manufacturing Services Engineer for Fan Blade Singapore Facility, you will provide support to the Manufacturing Services Leader in ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and service systems. The role will have a strong focus on CNC manufacturing systems, ABB robotic applications and Fixture Care management to support production performance, equipment reliability and operational excellence. **Key Accountabilities:** * Lead and coordinate maintenance and manufacturing services activity for CNC and robotic manufacturing cells to ensure high equipment availability, reliability and process stability. * Coordinate designated aspects of external Service Provider partnerships delivered by Manufacturing Services, in line with business requirements and company standards. * Provide data analysis and identifying opportunities to improve cell and machine performance * Support implementation of the company Health & Safety Standards which may include taking the role of Responsible Person (RP) for specified activities. * Develop framework contracts and Service Level Agreements for external Service Providers * Coach and support technicians in CNC maintenance, ABB robotic systems, fixture care, troubleshooting and reliability best practices. * Engaging in quality control activities to guarantee that manufacturing services practices adhere to both internal benchmarks and external regulations or certifications. * Expected to hold key secondary appointments in the Manufacturing Services lines such as: * Take the lead for Fixture Care, developing the service to the business and ensuring that the Fixture Care service providers are monitored against agreed performance levels. * Direct all aspects of the partnership with the Material Revert Service Provider at cell and plant level, measuring and monitoring performance against implemented Service Level Agreements. * Develop and implement Energy Management plans, strategies and i
