What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field, 10+ years of operations/manufacturing leadership experience, Proven experience managing multiple sites or complex operations, Demonstrate financial acumen and P&L ownership, Track record of driving continuous improvement and quality initiatives, Experience in regulated or heavy-industry environments, Capable of managing priorities and making strong, timely decisions

Provide strategic and operational leadership
Ensure facilities operate safely

Championing a safety culture across both sites
Ensure compliance with all health
Lead safety initiatives
and incident investigations
Complete incident reports and support corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance and environmental
Own and drive the Quality Management System (QMS)
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry certifications
Reduce CoNC through data review and improved methods
Monitor key quality metrics and drive corrective actions
Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely
Collaborate with engineering
and continuous improvement methodologies
Lead CI projects and share best practices across
Drive capacity gains using Lean tools
Support LDM meetings and ensure 5C implementation
Coach teams to embed CI principles and improve
Own site-level P&L performance
Optimize resource allocation across both locations
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and product cost
Translate company strategy into actionable operational plans
Lead day-to-day operations to meet productivity
Drive standardization across both sites
supporting local needs
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions
Lead change management and support growth initiatives
Build and develop high-performing site leadership teams
Drive workforce planning
