Perform final inspection
Perform functional testing
Cross-train to know second product line
Cross-train to know third product line
Ensure quality across all stations
Work with quality engineers
Execute QA/QC procedures
Complete scanning responsibilities

Troubleshoot units independently
Log internal quality issues
Log completed product survey
Report to Quality Manager

We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Quality Control Technician to perform Quality Control functions in our Groveland, FL manufacturing facility. Note: Satisfactory background check, and negative drug screen required SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 6 a. m. - 2:30 p. m. Some overtime required We are looking for: Hard working individuals, wanting to excel in their profession Strong organizational and electrical skills Self-starting team player with a positive attitude and good communication Considers attendance & punctuality a priority Responsibilities include: Understanding the relevant product line, being able to grasp a wide variety of detailed specifications Sufficiently testing said product line, inspecting each product for established points of quality Maintaining a knowledge of expected properties and specifications within the testing process Ensuring all products are free from defects and stand by their work, never compromising on quality Using QC module software to locate jobs, specific products, and complete QC inspection surveys Using test equipment and maintaining functionality Supporting their product lines, keeping steady flow through efficient testing Staying diligent on communication through emails, QC module updates, and supervisors Covers 1 product line Performs final inspection and functional testing for product line Fills in as o
