Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field, 5 years of experience leading operational optimization or continuous improvement projects, Warehouse leadership experience or direct warehouse operations experience, Experience within distribution center, warehouse, or supply chain operations environments, Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment, Experience analyzing operational data and translating findings into actionable process improvements, Problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to Have
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), labor management systems, or material handling automation, Exposure to AI tools, automation technologies, or advanced operational analytics, Manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering background, Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience, Project Management Professional Certification, Experience supporting automation, goods-to-person systems, or material handling equipment initiatives

Full Job Description
**Inside the Role** We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager with a distribution operations background to lead process optimization initiatives within a fast-paced Parts Distribution Center (PDC) environment. This role is responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies, improving material and information flow, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, service, safety, and cost performance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work autonomously while partnering closely with warehouse operations, engineering, IT, and leadership teams to solve complex operational challenges. This individual will also help identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions into distribution center operations and decision-making processes. **Posting Information** We provide a scheduled posting end date to assist our candidates with their application planning.
