Full Job Description

**Inside the Role** We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager with a distribution operations background to lead process optimization initiatives within a fast-paced Parts Distribution Center (PDC) environment. This role is responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies, improving material and information flow, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, service, safety, and cost performance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work autonomously while partnering closely with warehouse operations, engineering, IT, and leadership teams to solve complex operational challenges. This individual will also help identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions into distribution center operations and decision-making processes. **Posting Information** We provide a scheduled posting end date to assist our candidates with their application planning.
