Must Have
University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience, Supervisory, leadership and/or manufacturing experience is required, U. Nice to Have

This position has overall responsibility for a manufacturing operations cell in the Precision Metal Fabrication value stream, consisting of 15-20 employees. This individual will lead a team in a fast paced and dynamic environment to meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of work. This individual will also be responsible for a safe work environment and will lead and engage in safety improvement projects. This role requires daily interaction with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, production control, finance, and the program management office.
