What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Exposure to a high volume manufacturing environment, Knowledge of automation equipment, including scanners, vision systems, or automated placement equipment, Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks, Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis techniques, Verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and manufacturing-related software applications, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects, Analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail, Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment, Legal authorization to work in the U. Nice to Have
Bachelor in Engineering, 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field, Knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation technologies, PLC programming and continuous improvement methodologies, Demonstrated ability in electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting, Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems (e. g. , ISO 9001), Experience in process documentation and creating standard work instructions

Job Description We are seeking a talented and innovative Manufacturing Engineering Technologist to join our team in New Braunfels, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing automation technologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency in our production facilities. The expected annual salary range for this role is $75,000 - $98,000 a year depending on experience.
