Gotion Inc. is based in Silicon Valley, CA, currently building a Manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL and has R&D centers in Ohio, China, Japan and Europe. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure stable manufacturing processes in Pack/Module pilot production line, hitting target yield, capabilities, throughput, and OEE. Collaborate with Quality and other teams on control plans and in-process quality checks. Support initial process qualification, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate problem-solving using quality tools. Develop and maintain process documents, conduct training for production employees. Required Qualifications: 2-10 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in Pack/Module assembly processes. BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Materials Engineering. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.
