Monitor training and compliance to ISO procedures

Oversee training in ISO procedures

Assist in development of new equipment

Summary/Objective Responsible for the coordination of manufacturing processes for products to be produced in accordance with applicable quality and operational standards. Interacts on a daily basis with employees as well as individuals from other functional groups in order to ensure adequate process capability and execution is maintained for all existing and new products. .ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. (These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform.) Reviews all daily reports that list manufacturing yields of all production equipment operated on all shifts. Utilizes Kaizen, SAP, Excel, and Google Docs to assists management in collecting data and/or samples to analyze process trends, inefficient workflow, opportunities for waste elimination, etc… and updates standardized work processes and documentation, and in accordance with Lean principles.
