What You'll Do.
Coordinate manufacturing processes
Ensure process capability and execution
Review daily reports on manufacturing yields
Assist management in collecting data
Analyze process trends
Analyze inefficient workflow
Identify opportunities for waste elimination
Update standardized work processes
Identify areas of concern with production equipment
Monitor training and compliance to ISO procedures
Oversee training in ISO procedures
Assist in development of new equipment
Assist in introduction of new work processes
Assist in introduction of new products
Conduct employee testing for certification
Make final determination on certification readiness
Monitor accumulated training hours
Keep informed of material availability
Keep informed of customer needs
Keep informed of quality control issues
Analyze trends in productivity

Summary/Objective Responsible for the coordination of manufacturing processes for products to be produced in accordance with applicable quality and operational standards. Interacts on a daily basis with employees as well as individuals from other functional groups in order to ensure adequate process capability and execution is maintained for all existing and new products. .ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. (These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform.) Reviews all daily reports that list manufacturing yields of all production equipment operated on all shifts. Utilizes Kaizen, SAP, Excel, and Google Docs to assists management in collecting data and/or samples to analyze process trends, inefficient workflow, opportunities for waste elimination, etc… and updates standardized work processes and documentation, and in accordance with Lean principles.
