5 years of higher education and/or related work experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc. ), 5+ years of experience writing aircraft work instructions utilizing People, Parts, Processes, Tools and Designs to complete a cohesive, correct, and complete build plan and experience in fabrication, raw material, assembly and chemical processing, 5+ years of experience in production detailed planning, owning value stream build plans, and understanding engineering intent and requirements, Comfortable and knowledgeable working in an industrial environment, sharing space with the product, Able to work in an emergent environment to mitigate production stops through fabrication, Team player, able to work independently and competently with little direction and supervision on daily tasks

Manufacturing Planner (Structures) - (Associate or Mid-level) **Company:** Boeing Aerospace Operations Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently hiring for a **Manufacturing Planner** with broad range of experience levels including **(****Associate and Mid-Level)** to support the F/A-18 Superhornet, **based out of Jacksonville, FL.** This position is in a Manufacturing environment on F/A-18 Superhornet. COBJAX (Component Operations Jacksonville) Planners are responsible for writing the work instructions used by the shop floor mechanics for repairing the F/A-18 Superhornet wing control surfaces. Boeing receives the surfaces in various wear conditions, and it is our responsibility to repair and overhaul, allowing them to return to flight. This position is an exclusive opportunity to support the war fighter, by providing the equipment needed to return to battle. Planners are integral in interpreting engineering blueprints and translating them into usable repair steps. Engineering teams are seated on the shop floor, near the product and all the action, so you can see and hear the repairs being performed. **Position Responsibilities:** * Ability to work onsite 5 days a week * Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration * Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives * Develops and integrates suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements * Reviews and approves supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met * Supports tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements * Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues * Develops integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments * Drafts, updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements *
