What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School, GED, or equivalent, 5+ years in Production environment, Extremely customer focused with verbal and written communication skills, A demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with teams of various skills across large geographic distances, written, personal, technical, and software skills (CAD, Scheduling, Issue Tracking, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc), Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, A desire to be customer-centric and actively facilitate functional solutions with minimal direction, Willingness to push back on unreasonable design elements or schedule demands, Able to work as a part of team in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and dynamic environment
Nice to Have
3+ years as a integrator in Space Industry, Familiar with scheduling and time/cost-estimation, Experience in fast-paced environments, Excellent understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T per ASME Y14. 5, Familiar with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and providing DFM feedback to customers, Tooling and fixture design

This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.
