What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience with aircraft, spacecraft, launch vehicle structures, automotive manufacturing or similar: (0-3 years Level Engineer, 3+ Level II Engineer, 5+ Level III Engineer, 8+ Sr Level Engineer), High School Diploma or GED, Working knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering processes and procedures, including planning systems, understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing, including knowledge of GD&T, written, personal, technical, and software skills (CAD, Issue Tracking, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
Nice to Have
Hands on experience with building flight hardware, Associate degree or trade school in related discipline, Six Sigma Black Belt & Lean Manufacturing Certification, Experience with design, development or production of launch vehicle, spacecraft, or satellites, Proficient with Computer Aided Design (CAD) software (Creo or CATIA V5), Customer focused with a proven track record to work cooperatively with teams of different skills across large geographic distances, organizational and analytical skills

Craft manufacturing bill of materials and work instructions
Train and support Mfg Engineers in system tools
Execute work orders including disposition of nonconformances
GSE/Tooling maintenance and procurement
Provide oversight for manufacturing plans
Ensure information and structure for MRP systems
Maintain and communicate manufacturing engineering metrics
Identify and implement process improvements

This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.
