What You'll Do.
set-up of all machinery on shop floor
operate all presses and/or CDCH coating lines in compliance with the company’s standards
set-up and change over production machinery including die set-up and material changes
continuous operation of machinery in order to eliminate any unnecessary downtime
operate all presses and/or CDCH coating operations consisting of prep
sheet separating and de-framing of gaskets while also maintaining rate that is part specific
troubleshoot manufacturing issues in order to maintain quality standards
make sure each machine is stocked with material throughout the shift
assist tooling personnel in correcting any potential issues with a die
provide light maintenance on machines or a die including by not limited to oiling and greasing
complete all paperwork
and BPCS transactions accurately and timely
assist in general housekeeping of the department
adhere to all company safety policies and procedures while also maintaining a safe work environment at all times
