Install tooling for machine setup
Install parts for machine setup
Align machine settings
Adjust machine settings
Synchronize machine speeds
Control machine functions
Observe machine operation
Diagnose faulty operations
Report malfunctions to supervisor
Operate equipment in all plant areas
Prepare product for shipment
Perform preventive maintenance
Record product information on data sheets
Record product information on computer database
Move material to work area
Load material into machine
Adjust manufacturing equipment
Inspect incoming materials
Inspect parts from warehouse
Inspect materials for defects

Route product samples for quality control
Ensure equipment operations conform to standards
Support training of operators
Support cross-training of operators
