12-hour continental shift pattern (4 on / 4 off, including night rotation)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork, Ability to follow procedures while working independently when required, A reliable, practical and proactive approach
Nice to Have
GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above), Experience working with machinery or within a foundry/industrial environment, An interest in continuous improvement and learning new skills
What You'll Do.
Work as part of a shift team to manufacture components in line with the production plan
Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively
Carry out checks to ensure product quality meets required standards
Support smooth production flow by highlighting issues and helping reduce downtime
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation
Follow all site and group Environment
