Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook), attention to detail and ability to follow procedures, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cleanroom environment, Must be eligible to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without sponsorship.
Nice to Have
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field, Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing or cleanroom environments, 1+ year hands-on semiconductor FAB experience, R&D or university FAB experience, Experience with SPC, MES, or structured data systems, Experience with one or more semiconductor toolsets (etch, litho, deposition, cleans, metrology), R&D semiconductor manufacturing experience

Operate semiconductor fabrication equipment
Execute process recipes
and experimental process flows
Support experimental runs
Collaborate with process engineers and researchers
Collect process and metrology data
Perform in-line and end-of-line metrology
Accurately document results
Follow all cleanroom protocols
chemical handling procedures
Support chemical inventory management
and compliant work environment
Assist with material tracking
consumables management
Support tool scheduling
and daily FAB operations
Assist with onboarding and training of new users

Collaborate with process engineers and researchers; Provide structured feedback to engineering teams; interface effectively with engineers, researchers, and leadership
