Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal ability to work in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and take initiative in process improvement and automation efforts.
Nice to Have
Exposure to process mapping or workflow tools (e. g. , Flowcharts, Visio, BPMN tools). Interest in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement methodologies (e. g. , Lean, Six Sigma).
