ensure a uniform "Gold Standard" for every modular unit produced; drive key manufacturing KPIs, including Safety, Quality (Yield/NCRs), Cost (COGS), and On-Time Delivery (OTD)

ability to travel globally (approx. 20–30%) to support site readiness and operational audits
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, Proven expertise in capacity modeling, labor standards, and S&OP processes in a high-mix/low-volume environment, Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment
Nice to Have
MBA or Master’s in Operations Management is a plus
What You'll Do.
lead the production of modular data center solutions
ensuring that our complex
integrated infrastructure is built to the highest standards of safety
partner closely with Design Engineering
and Deployment teams to scale manufacturing capabilities across global facilities
Drive process consistency and technical excellence across all global manufacturing facilities to ensure a uniform "Gold Standard" for every modular unit produced
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for manufacturing operations across all product lines
facilitating seamless communication between regional sites and corporate leadership
Establish a performance baseline and drive key manufacturing KPIs
and On-Time Delivery (OTD)
