In this role, you will ensure compliance with company policies and drive continuous improvement in FOD and tool control processes to meet program, contract, customer, regulatory, and international standards. **_Position Responsibilities:_** * Develop, maintain, and enforce FOD directives, policies, procedures, and metrics related to FOD and tool control * Analyze process data, metrics, and workflows to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions * Assist in root cause analysis of FOD related nonconformance issues and lead corrective action efforts * Drive process improvement projects focused on FOD and Tool Control across the site * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions * Conduct assessments and audits to verify compliance with FOD focused quality management systems, configuration assurance, and regulatory requirements, report findings to management * Identify opportunities for improvement and potential risks; develop strategies and metrics aligned with business objectives * Prepare analytical reports and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders * Provide guidance on FOD procedures and FOD/tool control requirements, ensuring alignment with BPI-6533 standards ** _Level 1/2:_** * Assist with activities across limited functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations. * Assists with assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. * Provides limited feedback on assessment results. * Ass
