What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing experience, 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data, 5+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders, 3+ years’ experience with 787 operations, 3+ years of experience with Velocity and 787 other production applications, 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Advanced knowledge of BI & analytic tools such as Tableau, Power BI and the platforms that support them

Nice to Have

Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations

Reviewing production and shortage dashboards

Investigating late kit deliveries or part shortages

Supporting recovery actions for priority aircraft or orders

Performing root cause analysis (5 Why / Fishbone)

Leading operational calls or action reviews

Creating leadership summaries and executive reports

Monitoring supplier or warehouse performance

Validating inventory transactions and material movements

Supporting continuous improvement project

Supporting LSCC operations

Driving kit quality improvements

Supporting turnover and production readiness

Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles

processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

Analyzes and interprets data

Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk

Works with organizations to develop strategies
