What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment, 3+ years of project management experience, 3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or continuous improvement practices and tools in the workplace, 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership, 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, Able to travel up to 10% of the time domestically

Nice to Have

Experience with leading and influencing cross-functional teams, Experience with coaching, guiding and leading teams, Experience in a role that requires effective interpersonal communication skills that supports collaboration of team members, Experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
