We are in search of a highly proficient and dedicated Manufacturing Manager to join our team in San Cristóbal, Dominican Republic. This role offers a prime chance to direct and innovate within our manufacturing sector, securing seamless implementation and outstanding outcomes. ## **What you’ll be doing:** As the**Manufacturing Manager** , you will play a relevant role in our operations. Your key responsibilities will include: * Coordinating manufacturing activities and assuring regulatory compliance. * Overseeing the supervision of personnel, evaluating performance, and making recommendations for personnel actions. * You will motivate, coach, inspire, and mentor employees to achieve peak productivity and performance, while actively participating in all HR programs & initiatives related to your area. * Selecting and developing high-quality team members, creating a succession plan for the department, and optimizing assemblers' weekly scheduling and output. You will update capacity plans for business plan inputs based on Sales & OP Forum and Grow Management Inputs. * Ensuring appropriate use of expenses
