What You'll Achieve.
delivery space-grade avionics, structures, and propulsion hardware at high rate and low cost; maximize output, limit burden, and enable products to rapidly transition; reduce lead time, labor hours; improve manufacturing metrics enveloping safety, quality, delivery, and cost; scale manufacturing rate capability
Industry & Context.
ability to work second shift (3:30pm-1:00am), ability to obtain a US Security Clearance, US Citizenship required, U. S. Person as defined by 22 C. F. R. §120.62 is required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership", 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems, ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship, A final U. S. clearance Post Start is required
Nice to Have
Experience in the aerospace industry, Proficiency with PC Applications, especially Excel, Excellent written and Verbal Communications, Associate's degree (or equivalent) in business, Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (i. e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.), Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing, electromechanical assembly, propulsion production, mechanisms fabrication, or structures build, Demonstrated ability to scale manufacturing rate capability
