What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree: Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field, More than 5 years of experience in similar position, Time Availability, English Level: Advanced, Proven experience as an Operations Manager in automotive manufacturing, knowledge of CNC machining processes (preferably GROB and NTC), Experience in high-volume, multi-model, highly automated production environments, command of manufacturing KPIs (SQCDM), Demonstrated leadership of operational teams and middle management, Experience in budget management and operational cost control

Effective communication across all organizational levels, Results-oriented leadership, decision-making under pressure, Strategic thinking with a continuous improvement mindset, cross-functional coordination capabilities, Root cause problem-solving with a focus on preventive actions, ability to legally operate motor vehicle on a regular basis
What You'll Do.
develop and evaluate employees
provide assistance in analyzing and solving complex manufacturing problems
assist in obtaining resources to effectively perform operations
Administers divisional and Corporate policies
schedule and quality requirements
Maintains Corporate and unit management control systems
budget and other information necessary to monitor performance
maintaining safety and good housekeeping standards
Complies with the terms of local and national labor agreements
Assist in the forecasting of areas of responsibility
Establishes a course of action to accomplish completion of the job or project
Assists in the overall direction and coordination of manufacturing activities
Lead end-to-end machining operations in a 24/6 production environment
Manage a direct team of 6 Group Leaders
driving performance and fostering a high-performance culture
Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs): Safety Quality Productivity and efficiency Cost vs. budget
Coordinate and align strategies with key cross-functional areas: Quality Supply Chain (GSC) Maintenance Manufacturing Engineering Assembly Operations
Ensure operational stability during model changes and setup transitions
Manage and optimize buffers to maintain continuous flow and production schedule adherence
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
