Manufacturing Innovation Engineering Manager The Manufacturing Innovation Engineering Manager will play a crucial role in driving change management and project execution within our Lighthouse Facilities. This team member is responsible for creating an environment that thrives at testing new emerging processes. They will champion a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness, encouraging employees to embrace innovation and actively participate in improvement initiatives. They will serve as a resource for optimizing new technologies, monitoring results, and disseminating lessons learned from executed projects. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes. **_Essential Functions_** * Collaborate with plant SMEs, HQ project teams (Asset Management, Systems Integration, IT and Project Management) and OEMs to identify opportunities to improve the speed of adoption for capital projects. * Analyze performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. * Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements and technology integrations. * Create communication plans to inform employees about upcoming changes, address concerns, and promote understanding of the benefits. * Provide training and support to manufacturing teams on new processes, technologies, and best practic
