Review AI-generated and human-generated outputs for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and industrial realism. Contribute to the creation of “gold standard” reference solutions aligned with best practices in manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations. Ensure scenarios reflect real-world industrial workflows, safety standards, and production environments within Indian manufacturing ecosystems. Requirements: Native-level proficiency in Tamil with strong professional proficiency in English. Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, production management, engineering, procurement, or supply chain roles. Background in areas such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production supervision, procurement, inventory control, logistics coordination, or warehouse operations. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operational safety standards, production systems, and supply chain workflows. Ability to translate hands-on industrial experience into structured, analytical, and evaluative content. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to assess operational scenarios objectively.
