ABOUT THE ROLE The Safety Manager leads a small team of HSE specialists and is responsible for environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs across our heavily automated manufacturing facility. This role is the primary champion for a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA 300/300A recordkeeping and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement in automation safety, industrial ergonomics, and incident prevention. The Safety Manager partners closely with plant leadership, engineering, and line supervisors to embed safe practices into every stage of the production process. RESPONSIBILITIES Safety Program Leadership - Own and continuously improve the facility EHS management system, policies, and safety procedures. - Lead incident investigations using root-cause methodologies (5-Why, fault tree analysis) and drive corrective/preventive actions to closure. - Establish, charter, and chair facility safety committees — including a Joint Health & Safety Committee and any department-level subcomm
