You will be responsible for leveraging design for manufacturability and continuous improvement to deliver space-grade harnessing hardware at high rate and low cost, without ever compromising personnel safety or product reliability. You will serve as the advocate for your team and the technical subject matter expert for the greater production and supply chain organization to ensure that they have the resources they need to succeed.
