You will report to the Site Manufacturing Engineering Director and have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY. This position will lead a high-visibility transformation within our machining and support operations. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a major transition into our Advanced Integrated Manufacturing (AIM) facility shaping the future of how we build, scale, and innovate. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional engineering team across machining, tool design, and special processes, while driving both operational performance and long-term strategic initiatives. You will play a critical role in capital planning, process optimization, and the implementation of automation and advanced manufacturing technologies. This is an ideal opportunity for a leader who thrives on ownership, enjoys solving complex challenges, and can influence across functions to deliver meaningful results. _**As Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will:**_ * Lead your portion of the AIM transition: Plan and execute the transfer of machinery, tooling, and processes from the current campus location to the new AIM facility. * Manage and deliver tactical and operational plans with clear KPIs and measurable results. * Maintain a rolling 10‑year capital plan for your area of responsibility. * Oversee capital equipment selection, justification, acquisition, and onboarding. * Monitor Target vs. Actual
