This role requires a strong technical background and hands-on experience to ensure smooth production operations, optimize manufacturing systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Do: • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes by designing and conducting analysis programs, applying knowledge of product design and fabrication, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. • Improve manufacturing efficiency through workflow analysis, space planning, and equipment layout design. Ensure product and process quality by establishing testing methods, validating process capabilities, and setting standards. • Provide data-driven insights for manufacturing decisions and risk-based solutions to minimize production issues and meet On-Time Shipment (OTS) targets.
