What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field or equivalent experience, At least 8 years Engineering and operation management experience in E-cigarette manufacturing, Mastery of end to end process management especially in SMT process management, box build, packing, Excellent in oral English, Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents, Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints, Proficient in writing speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style, Be good at making effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and customers, Proactive to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions, Great collaboration skills to lead multi-function teams, make educated decisions and drive action plans for progress

What You'll Do.
Provide technical and strategic guidance to site management team
Develop and continuously improve methods
systems and processes
Organize and lead reviews to ensure products are delivered on time
as per cost targets and within quality specifications
Interface with customers to derive and evolve technical solutions
schedules and performance indicators meet site KOI and customer expectations
Engage customers and develop customer relationships
Lead product solutions of varying scope in order to meet customer requirements from product design
NPI and mass production through full-scale production management
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
partner with other function leaders to establish objectives and action plans; guide and influence site management team and key clients; partner with operations to ensure the solutions are well integrated with manufacturing operations; lead multi-function teams
Communication Scope
