Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, 2–5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, Proficient in CREO and Teamcenter Visualization, Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis, problem solving, and process troubleshooting, Ability to develop clear documentation, work instructions, and training materials, Hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence
