Bachelor's degree in Welding or Industrial Engineering, Over 2 years of job-related experience in manufacturing and weld engineering, Experience with Lean Manufacturing subject areas, Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy, Knowledge of design techniques, weld tooling, and weld processes, Thorough knowledge of welding

You will serve as a technical resource to resolve production challenges, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. ## **Your Team** You will be part of a cross-functional manufacturing team focused on welding and fabrication operations.
