Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, Prior transformer manufacturing or transformer product experience required, Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required, Experience with equipment installation, Experience with validation, Experience with troubleshooting, Lean manufacturing knowledge, Hands-on application of lean manufacturing, Ability to travel to sending facilities for knowledge transfer, Experience developing manufacturing documentation, Experience developing training content

What You'll Do.
Support transfer of transformer-related product lines
Assist with installation of equipment
Assist with commissioning of equipment
Lead product validation activities
Support product validation activities
Lead launch readiness activities
Support launch readiness activities
Ensure documentation is complete
Ensure work instructions are complete
Ensure process controls are complete
Troubleshoot transformer-specific assembly issues
Troubleshoot transformer-specific testing issues
Troubleshoot transformer-specific production issues
Train production teams on new processes
Train production teams on new equipment
Train production teams on product requirements
Participate in knowledge-transfer visits
Support launch activities
Apply lean manufacturing tools
Provide post-launch support
Resolve early-stage issues
