We are looking for a new team member in the role as # **Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d)- 100%** **Location** : Mezzovico (TI), Switzerland **Type of Contract** : permanent employment **Start date:** in alignment with the candidate’s availabilities ## ## **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and maintain manufacturing master data within SAP and MES systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance * Support and improve MES (Manufacturing Execution System) processes, contributing to digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives * Create, update, and maintain MPI (Manufacturing Process Information) and MPD (Manufacturing Process Data) to ensure standardized and controlled production processes * Contribute to PRM (Process Risk Management) activities, including pFMEA development, updates, and risk mitigation actions * Support management of Non-Conformances (NC) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures * Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement * Perform and support engineering studies to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, including process flow analysis, time studies, capacity evaluation, and identification of improvement opportunities * Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and cost reduction using Lean and structured problem-solving method
