Fuji SMT equipment and Nexim software knowledge, Machine programming, optimization, and line balancing experience, Understanding of SMT processes including pick & place, solder paste, reflow, and PCB assembly, Ability to interpret Gerber files, BOMs, CAD data, and assembly drawings, Analytical skills to identify and resolve programming and process issues, Experience managing PD libraries, feeders, and component database integrity, Proficiency in Windows-based systems and manufacturing software tools, Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance, Capability to work with data analysis (cycle time, efficiency, yields), Detail-oriented with organizational skills related to program control and documentation
What You'll Do.
Lead and execute programming activities for Fuji SMT equipment using Nexim
and optimize machine programs using Fuji Nexim software
Generate and maintain accurate Part Data (PD files)
Perform program validation
Ensure correct machine setup coordination
Support production by troubleshooting program-related issues
Continuously improve placement programs
Maintain and manage program backups and version control
Provide training to technicians and operators on Nexim programming
and basic troubleshooting
Analyze machine performance data and propose process improvements
Participate in DFM reviews
Support line readiness for production
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to SMT processes and automation
