Eligibility Requirements

Relocation provided, Shifts available: Weekdays and Week nights, Weekends (early morning and overnight shifts available), Interviews will include a technical assessment, Multiple positions available, U. S. citizen or national, U. S. permanent resident (i. e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U. S. as a refugee or granted asylum, Blue’s Standard Background Check, Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) background check if at any one time the role requires one to be on a military installation, Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10, 001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training, Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Experience with aircraft, spacecraft, launch vehicle structures, automotive manufacturing or similar, understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing, including knowledge of GD&T, written, personal, technical, and software skills (CAD, Issue Tracking, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc), Ability to manage a manufacturing bill of materials (MBOM), author work instructions, and disposition non-conforming material on the production floor, Ability to develop processes to industry quality systems such as AS9100

Nice to Have

Experience with aircraft, launch vehicle, spacecraft, or satellite development, production, or operations, Experience with tooling design, fabrication, and procurement, Self-directed and able to balance several tasks at once, Proficiency in 3D CAD programs (Creo Pro/E & CATIA preferred)

What You'll Do.

Develop manufacturing work instructions to clearly define manufacturing processes for composites fabrication

Closely manage quality

and schedule of hardware throughout the entire manufacturing process

Perform engineering drawing review and provide final approval for manufacturing

Define and support repair and rework activities

Perform root cause analyses when non-conformances and escapes are identified and deploy corrective actions

Craft accurate material handling and packaging to protect hardware

Manage hardware configuration and maintain pedigree

Prioritize hardware procurement and fabrication and communicate these priorities to the team
